Whenever there is a discussion many of wants to get included or to convey their Views. But maybe because of their starting trouble or maybe because of their shyness or maybe because of thinking about how people might judge you, we don't jump into the conversation.


Just try the below steps once, it might help 1% or it might help you 100%, but Definetly you'll be in a position to start.


Silent Listen'er:

Most of us don't know that listening is the 1st basic skill that we need in a debate or in group discussion. Where you'll learn more and you'll understand what to question and will be in a position to share the right info that you need.

For those who are shy to start, please don't worry about talking and just do participation for 10 or 20 or even 50 as a silent participation but just try to nod or appreciate for good points.


The Question'er:

You can Start asking to 

1. Repeat a sentance that you don't understand.

2. Ask Your Doubts and get it clarified

3. If you have doubt, check if that is correct or not


The Appreciater:

1. If you like a point appreciate it.

2. If you learn something new appreciate it.

3. If Some one helped you with your doubts, appreciate it.

4. Appreciate the one who took the initiate. 


The Answer'er:

1. If No-One know the answer then you share your answer.

2. Start Participating in the end Q & A Session.

3. Even if someone gives an answer for something and if you have a view, share your view.


The Share'er:

Before you contridict something, appreciate for the view and then saw how you feel and share your views.

Start like a communication.

Start Debating and enjoy the debate with a smile



Just try the above and don't worry about the number of session that you need to go for next stage, just go at your own pace. You can take 10 or 20 or 50 or 100 sessions and you still are winning the race compared to one who had not started.

Always have a bright smile and think about learning something new and never worry about how people might judge you, because no one is going to live your life other than you. So just enjoy every moment.
