So I'll make sure you don't get that option from me forsure.
Just like every movie the 2nd part is always the twisted story, you can skip to the 2nd part to know the solution or watch the entire movie, the end never changes.
So Starting with the 1st part.......

We all know that it is not as easy as it sounds.
Just like happiness, sadness, excitement, anger is also a human emotion.
‘Ignoring’ or getting rid of your anger is far more tougher than possible. Even if you try to suppress your anger, it’ll come out in the most unpleasant form.
An excellent way to prevent your anger outbursts is to follow a series of steps that will help you calm down. Some of these mind-soothing steps are as follows:
1. Notice the following physical sensations that may occur
2. Understand why you are angry
3. Journalize your emotions on a piece of paper
4. Count to 100
An additional first-aid kit when your anger:
Be Patient - Give offence enough time to pass without reacting to it
Be Quiet- being quiet helps you to calm down
Avoiding Toxic People- Toxic people make you unhealthy too.People who display too much anger for no reason can impact your life too.
Find distractions- Distract your brain so that it can focuson something else rather than the emotion of anger. For example: squeeze an icecube in your hand or rub it in your face.

Yes, every one gives solutions about how to react and be incontrol when you get anger. But who the hell are we kidding, everyone knowsthat once we get anger your brain never lets us to be calm.
So now what can we do?? We can't control when we getanger.....
Now the only thing is to make sure that we don't get anger..
The problem is anger always stays on our nose and saying notto get anger is like a weird or stupid solution.
We can't get rid of anger in a single day. It’s a slowprocess and it can be solved only when we try to analyze the situation after anhour after you got angry.
Do role play after everything is done and think from bothpersons views and try to find a solution for exact type of situation in future.
Getting anger is not an issue but once everything is done weneed to do our best that for the same type of situation we won't get anger andthat can be done if we try to understand that particular situation.
So just try to do the below things, and these are not provenby once you do these you’ll understand that these reduces your anger level.
1. Playing Chess --> You’ll end up with that you only can win if you think logically and not in anger.
2. Solve puzzles --> You'll learn to think in different perspective to solve a problem which helps you in reacting to any situation.
3. Increase logical thinking --> While watching an issue, not just yours but every single issue that you see, try to understand how they both would have solved thesituation in an easy matter. That might help you when you are in samesituation.
Caution:
Every bit of anger that we show on our kids or in-front-of kids also effects the kid’s behavior when they are grown. So think about this situation too.
